Will you be mine?
We shall see
Who I might be

Life may be
Oh so fine
Our moment
Now in time

For our Love
To be free
I spelled it out
For you to see

To let you know
In world's abyss
Just this once
How short life is

In the year
Of ninety-nine
I already felt
You should be mine

Scared to stray
From the norm
We forswear
Love's purest form

You were born
A different time
Not too dire
That's just fine

I am yours
Don't reach far
Loving you
Just as you are

When all your kin
Have moved away
Don't feel alone
I am here to stay
But settle not
Let chi prevail
Only then
Will love not fail
