It seems like forever
since I've seen your face
it's hard to really let go
and keep this empty space.
I'm thinking of you
every day and night
wishing to see you again
and make this feeling right.
I'm missing you forever
hating to say goodbye
wishing you would come back
and please tell me why?
Why did you leave me
standing here in the rain
standing here in the storm
holdin all this pain?
I'm missing you dear one
all of my hearts desires
snatched away like rain drops
before a thirsty fire.
