I think he's cheating on me with his ex. What do I do?

I've been dating the same guy for about 4 months now, and we've been getting along great, until recently. Now, lately we seem to get into arguments a lot, and he's always busy doing something or has too much homework to hang out with me. He even has started to text me a lot less. I know that his ex is still interested in him, and I've caught her talking to him at school before a couple of times. I think he might be cheating on me with her. what do I do?
