I really like this boy from work but, everytime
I try to talk to him I never know what to say and we run out of convo cuz im so
Nervous, but I usually talk up a storm, can you help me?

Dear Miss Nervous,
Obviously you get nervous around this guy because you like him so much. There are a couple of ways you can try to overcome this - try thinking ahead of things to talk about, think of things that interest you, him, or both of you. That way you'll be less likely to run out of things to say.
Also, strike up a conversation when it's not just the two of you alone.
You might find it easier to talk to him with others around, you won't feel like all eyes are on you.
Most importantly, just try to relax and be yourself!
Don't worry so much about what he thinks of you or whether he likes you or not.
If he just likes you for you, that's the best way to start a friendship or relationship.
