A natural beauty -- makeup-less Hilary Duff was out and about the Los Angeles area on Tuesday (June 17).
Wearing an orange top, jean shorts and cowgirl boots, the Lizzie McGuire star stopped off for breakfast with her mom, Susan Colleen, at Papoos Hot Dog Stand in Toluca Lake.

Hilary Duff has said she finds it hard moving away from her teen roles - because people don't want her to.
Hilary rose to fame as the eponymous heroine of Disney show Lizzie McGuire and even though the series finished four years ago, people still think of her as a teen role model - which makes it difficult for her to take more adult roles, such as the foul-mouthed pop star she plays in new political satire War Inc..
She told AOL recently: "It's scary having moms come up to you all the time saying, 'We love you. Never change. Never ever change.' And I'm like, 'OK, but I have to change.'
"That's not a fair thing to say to anyone. It kind of scared me … But [at the same time, I was] a little like, 'Oh my god what are the kids going to think?'"
The film, which also stars John Cusack, Dan Aykroyd and Marisa Tomei, was released in the US last week.
Hilary Duff has said she doesn't mind being considered the "good girl" in comparison to her party-hearty Hollywood contemporaries.
She told AOL recently: "I know people think I'm a good girl and I'm not going to fight it and be like, 'I'm not, I'm bad.'
"I don't really care that [people] think that [but] I'd rather them think that than think I'm like everyone else."
She said she'd much rather be like Natalie Portman, who is known more for her career than her private life: "It comes down to that I want people to focus on my work and I want to have my life completely separate from that.
"I love Natalie Portman so much because people don't look at her as a good girl but they look at her and she's a respected actress. Who knows what she does in her personal life?"
